She uses her boundless energy in pursuit of her favourite hobbies, including scuba diving, running (she is a marathon finisher!), golf, swimming, rollerblading, billiards, cycling, tennis, and squash. But Audrey is not just an athlete; she also enjoys books, travel, music, film, food, and wine (where she is a level 2 sommelier!) Her penchant for architecture and design would make her the long-lost child of Frank Lloyd Wright and Martha Stewart. Today, she satisfies her design passion with next-level staging for her clients.
Clients value her in-depth knowledge of the market, strong negotiation and communication skills, constant availability, sound advice, integrity, and her ability to “tell it like it is”. As a listing agent, her use of technology and internet-based marketing, as well as her experience with staging and design, have established her as an industry leader. She also invests in the market she services. She has renovated and landscaped seven of her own homes. These renovations have varied in degree, from complete reconstructions to renovating kitchens, bathrooms, and putting in a pool.
She currently owns commercial and income properties and has extensive knowledge of the laws and financial implications of this type of investment. Her love for travel has taught her many things: an appreciation for architecture and natural beauty, to recognize that great things come in a variety of packages, to trust herself and others when faced with challenging situations, and finally, to realize that Toronto is a beautiful place to call home.
Audrey approaches every listing as if it were her own, and she goes to great lengths to ensure clients’ homes are shown in their best light and earn the most amount of money possible from the sale.
She is still as passionate about her craft in her 25th year as she was in her first year! But shhh, do not tell her… She does not realize it is a job!
